To all the world, this Americans have -BADWORD-ed up the world thing is a horrible stereotype, that you can see many Americans believe. To all my American Brethren, you're just furthering this stereotype. The Americans are NOT to blame, at least not anymore Than the British, the Russians, or the Germans, or any other nation in the world.

Dear World,

I'm sorry for the last eight years of my country, I hope you can see the bright side as we move towards the future. We are not an entirely ignorant people, and we are trying to improve. Thank you for your continued patience and inexplicable compassion,

Lucas Wehrwein

We screwed up the world. Yes, we did. Pride and patriotism aside, we managed to destabilize a country that did nothing to us in a matter of a few years. We funded terrorist groups in the 70's and 80's only with our selfish need to take down USSR. We have crusaded against weapons of mass destruction while North Korea sets of nukes under our noses. Sorry.

I'm sorry that much of the money that america comes by is made through exploiting other countries and their people. I'm sorry that we, as a society (though there are many many individuals that do not conform to this),are literally selfish pigs, shoveling material items into our lives llike our life depended on it, much of which was bought with loaned money from china. I'm sorry that we have the best military in the world, but are so unwilling to do compassionate work with it, but all to ready to invade other countries for a few peoples own personal agenda. And lastly I am sorry that now, even when we have an intelligent, compassionate man in office, whose main fault is the want to compromise with the republicans, we still are unable to do anything helpful, even for our own citizens, due to the fact that their are still ignorant people in position's of power who are unwilling to look at anyone elses point of view because they are to wrapped up in the black and white views. I am truely sorry

Not only am I sorry for what Bush inflicted on the world, really, I'm also sorry for my fellow Americans who, very likely were embarrassed to BE Americans for the first time.

I hope you (world) can forgive us as a collective. We're not all shit-heads. Some of us really want to do the right thing. Take a lesson from us. It doesn't take too many idiots to -BADWORD- up the place.

Once again....sorry.

I am sorry, World, that most of the citizens of the U.S. are ignorant, hot tempered, and stubborn. People keep criticizing Obama, when I really think he is doing a great job as our president. Some people want him to fail, but they don't realize that if he does something wrong, the whole nation feels it, not just the democrats. All the people who criticize everything Obama does, are the same people who sat back and let Bush, a republican, screw up this nation. Now lets let Obama fix it, because I know he can.

World, I'm sorry that we're a lazy and ridiculous country that wants to blame all our problems on our president because it's convenient. I wish I could say we really give a crap, but most of us don't. We're all too happy to shove the blame off on someone else and keep living with wealth and privilege we never earned and don't deserve. I'm sorry to the Americans who are trying to make a difference for the better while all these people on this website offer their condolences to a world they don't care at all about.

I'm sorry that we, the people of the United States, have gone on so long allowing our government to bolster its central power. A big federal government is the enemy of individual rights, and that doesn't just apply to health care.

Health care has gotten many of us up in arms, but the many other issues such as the disputes over abortion, gay marriage, the war on drugs, and others are all a threat to or direct violation of our individual rights to choose how we live our lives. In a free country, no one should be considered a criminal unless they have done something to harm or infringe upon someone else.

I am so sorry for the man in the White House. I don't even know if we can call him President. I want to say this --- I DID NOT VOTE FOR HIM! For the ones that did -- How do you like him now? How's the change working for you?

I'm sorry that I had so much faith in Mr Obama that I thought he could clean up Bushes mess and he can't! I'm sorry that he's not as strong a president that I thought he would be. I'm sorry that our presidents are all rich -BADWORD- that can be bought by big corporations and "we the people" of the US really don't have a say at all.

There are certain things in life, that sorry is a good enough for. You accidentally spill your drink at dinner, and a simple sorry would suffice. You accidentally bump into someone and they drop whatever they were carrying. As long as you help them pick it up, "Oops," would probably cover the damages.

"Sorry," and, "Oops," aren't even close to -BADWORD- good enough when you're talking about giving George W. Bush two terms in office. So to the rest of the world, we in America are shooting ourselves in the collective ballsacs for every minute we allowed that man to hold power. And the new guy isn't doing too well, either.

Expressing my deepest appologies on behalf of the most corrupt, power hungry, freedom-castrating, malicious, and hateful administration of the modern world would not even begin to make up for the injustice perpetrated in the name of the american empire. But, like, seriously...sorry

Our president is arrogant. Our president has an inflated opinion of himself. Our president is leading the country to ruin. Our president should resign.

Our president is Barack Obama. And I am so very, very sorry.

To those American franchises like France, England, and everybody else, let me first say I didn't vote. I would've voted for Barack Obama, admittedly, but I think I might have regretted it at this point. With a multi-trillion dollar deficit, failing international diplomacy toward countries with whom we've troubled affairs, and an educational apathy which can in no way benefit coming generations, what does our president consider important? What's his deus ex machina for Americans?

Health-care.

And hell, why not? Shouldn't we be concerned with providing financial and medical assistance to those on whom we can depend to offer not a single penny toward such freeloading? Shouldn't we be more concerned with Tabitha, her five, filthy children and the rising cost of drugs instead of those souls in (for example) Ethiopia who, just barely three days old, have finally passed from diarrhea-associated dehydration? Of course, we should! God knows Tabitha couldn't live without her flat-screen television and what's it to her if some baby she's never met lives a miserable, if minute, existence?

And what good would a bunch of dusty old books do for these five children, anyways? Give 'em Nintendo, sit them down for hours in front the nation's surrogate mother! Who needs Thomas Paine or even Dr. Seuss when Dora and Spongebob are readily available to melt minds?

To all the world, I'm sorry Americans are -BADWORD-. I'm sorry we're ignorant. And I'm REALLY sorry we pretend we're doing better than anybody else. Our country's nose-diving straight into the abyss and we're taking everyone else along for the ride.

sorry world that our previous president followed the previous cold war ideology of foreign intervention that proved in the past not to work (that actually helped install "terrorists" like Saddam and bin laden). and sorry our current president cant help because people are too concerned over party morality instead of helping others.

Hey third world, sorry for all the terrorism that our presidents and their big business buddies have caused you. We're really mean and greedy people. I am not sure why. In interpersonal dealings, we all seem to be nice, but whenever I start talking to my pals about social justice or economic equity, they just get really weird. Maybe there's something in the water. At any rate, I am sorry."

World, I am sorry that the sheep elected Barack Obama, a full commie. Of course, these corrupt politicians are selected by zionist jews for the goyim to choose, and no matter what party is in power, they do the bidding of their money masters. It's like that for every government. I am sorry that there are so many sheep in this world. You need to wake up before your goyim arses are dead.

Hi world,
So, it's almost been a year since, well we "fixed" our 8 year accident. So I'd like to appologize for our mistake, but hey we were young and he was "cute" y'know- it was supposed to be fun and happy, and it was! Until we realized he was, you know, an idiot.
So once again, terribly sorry about this whole mess, as an appology, I offer you a tribble.

Sorry we elected GWB for 2 terms, only to replace him with a similar entity. Sorry for our continued imperialistic nature of invading countries with our home baked American apple pie version of "democracy". Please forgive us when our country finishes it's decomposing future and we beg and plead the world for a pick me up. We promise we will behave next time *crosses fingers*
